Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our company, products, and services. As you read this brochure, I am sure you will agree OpenTech has come a long way in the past 4 years. We owe a lot of our success to the many industry leaders that have taken the time to teach us about self storage and share their ideas on how we could improve our products and services. We have found the self storage business to be a close community of quality people and we appreciate the opportunity to be part of it.

As we look to the future, we are becoming more aware of the importance of being a transparent company. We are being reminded by our customers on a more frequent basis that they rely heavily on our products and services to operate their business. While we take their comments as compliments we also hear them saying, “Hey, we are trusting you to do things right so you will be around for the long term”.  It is this trust that drives us to be increasingly transparent. Over the next couple of years we will be evolving our company to be even more open than ever before. Our customers, partners and employees will have the opportunity to see and participate in many internal processes that have historically been done behind closed doors. The end result will make us a truly great company.
